The bagged breakfast had a wide variety of food options to suit everyone's taste. The room was clean and included amenities like a safe box, multi-channel television, and a microwave, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location was fantastic, being close to surrounding stores, eateries, the jungle, and the city center. It was convenient to have a Baskin-Robbins nearby for food on the go, just a short 10-15 minute walk away.

Other then the good staff not much to like.

The room was next to elevators (constant noise) outside the window was the smoking area (loud conversation) party a few doors over (yelling in the hall) Had knocking on the door looking for the party (late night) The turkey sausage was awful.

Convenient bagged breakfast with tasty food. Although a bit far from the city center, this place is close to local shops, restaurants, and even a circus 🎪.

The room however clean it is... the breakfast is yummy

We booked a standard queen room with nice facilities in a central location, which was a definite plus.

Conveniently located near the jungle, downtown area, and shops. You can easily walk to Donut Star, a cafe that serves tea, coffee, and desserts. 🍩

We had a great time! The front desk staff, especially Amanda, was amazing. They were welcoming, patient, and always had a smile. The pool was enjoyable and not too cold. The breakfast had a wide range of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel provided complementary toothpaste when I forgot my toothbrush. We had enough room for my family of six and the location was convenient, right off the freeway. I also appreciated the late checkout and early breakfast times.

I can recommend this hotel.

Great price and location. I enjoyed our stay at The HI and I wish I could of stay an extra day just to unwind. Thank you staff you were excellent and organized.

I didn't like that the room I stayed didn't have a bath tub.

I loved my room with a patio and the bed was really comfortable, the staff were amazing and friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding; everything smelled fresh and new. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and had a modern update. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I enjoyed having a real breakfast served in containers. The location was convenient, with various activities and restaurants in the area.
